I wish Marion would retire but I think the stress of living a normal life would kill him.
I agree with you, Fr. White. Marion Barry has stood up very bravely in defending marriage. When he marched in our Palisades 4th of July Parade last summer, I personally thanked him for his courage and he smiled and gave me a peck on the cheek. He has my prayers and gratitude.
